just enencoded the English files as a replacer for DLCRobot - Voices_en.ba2 which should replace all dialog with English but the player in Japanese due to how the game handles the DLC files. Haven't tested it, just didn't have the energy after my grandpa died, so hope it works.
I'm sorry to hear about your loss, I recently had someone pass away that had a very large impact on the direction my life took and I completely lost interest in things for months afterwards. It was so weird, at first I was really depressed but after about a month all that was there was just emptiness. Grieving sucks and it's amazing the impact other people have on us, when a loved one dies it can feel like they took a limb with them. Keep on carrying on.
Anyways, this mod is a really fun idea, do you have plans to eventually come back to it? I'd love to see you add in support for the nuka dlc when you feel up to it.
This mod completely broke the game after I installed it, making it so that I had to restart my pc entirely every time I launched the game until I uninstalled the mod, any tips on how to fix this?
As someone mentioned below, I made a video on how to play in Japanese, all you have to do is change it in the game properties on Steam. After making this video, I had several people who's Steam clients (due to region differences) would not allow them to download the Japanese one. After this, I contacted Bethesda and requested permission to upload the sound files to the Nexus for others to enjoy. Through several emails, they declined to give me their blessing, and asked that I not upload the files. Just giving you a heads up, since you uploaded the files that they denied me permission to do. (I even retained their usage rights and had a disclaimer not to distribute). The aim of this mod is to change ONLY the player, not NPC's. Your videos starts off showing an NPC and the player speaking Japanese. It is not the same thing.
Hi I've been having some problems to work for the dlc. Should i use the main file or install the second file and where should I install it in the date folder? Thanks for a great mod.
Out of curiosity, does this mod cover the DLCs, or just the base game? I have been playing with it for about 1 hour and the base game seems to be fully in Japanese. It goes back to English whenever talking to any of the dlc npcs of course.

Have not used the mod myself but assume so according to that.
(the only voices I imagine would/should revert to english would have course be ones used in Mods including ones that alter talks aka reason i decided to not use this mod)

I'm trying to uninstall a lot of my mods to help with my game's performance, but I'm having a lot of trouble uninstalling this mod (but if my game's performance troubles are not because of my mods, I'll definitely reinstall this mod). Whenever I try to uninstall it, there's a popup window that appears to be uninstalling the contents of the mod, but after half an hour of waiting, shows no progress. The same issue happens when trying to disable the mod. Is there an issue with the mod itself? Or is it with my computer?
