Just an FYI to all you people asking for guns that look like they got dragged through the mud, ground against rocks, and s#*! on, just because they are old does not mean they are in bad condition. Priority #1 for any survivalist would be to keep their weapon in good shape. A gun made of steel and polymer properly cared for or sealed away can still look good even after 200 years. Also, it has been shown numerous times in Fallout's 1 through 4 the world is not back to the stone age. There is electricity, factories, and people with blueprints. People manufacture NEW Vertibirds, Synths, etc. You think a lot of the guns you pick up weren't built in the last few years from old blueprints in working factories?
It's half and half. I took the original files and changed the contrast, then duplicated it and overlaid it on itself and changed a few parts with new textures. So to answer your question, its a mix.
I've been hoping for a long time you make a 2k ver, for us low-end users.. My PC isn't bad, but FA4 is really taxing, to avoid stutter.. THX! Beautiful work
