bat file not working.. i put the file where the fallout4.exe is, and when i typed bat apu on console it said it cant find the bat file.. how do i fix this? automatron DLC is literally unplayable for me.. when i get to the last part where i need to open up the mechanist's lair, my fps drops down to 3.. :(
No, i wont because installing this is really really simple!!!! all you need to do is to extract the notepad, put it in the fallout 4 main directory (not data) and in game type "bat APU". not hard, very simple and im pretty sure that its impossible to make this install with NMM, so just move your mouse instead of being lazy and do that above.
Wow...you are a kind modder aren't you? I said nothing rude or hostile. I just use a lot of mods and NMM helps me keep tabs on what I have loaded. I am not lazy, I just prefer to know what I am using via a nice list as is provided by NMM. I have been using mods since Total War 1 back in 2004 and I used to go in and add files to my base game files. I just think that in this day of useful tools like NMM, we should get past having to manually add files. I will definitely not be adding this mod and I am so sorry that you have entered the modding world with such a negative attitude. Such a shame because I am the type of mod user that has given financial support to modders whose products I enjoy. Best of luck to you.
its just the very simple fact that if you see that you cant download with NMM, then its probably cause there is no way of doing that. It just frustrates me to see people not understanding that, especially people from 2004.. not trying to insult, im just saying. Anyways, you cant see .bat files in NMM
REXJAYDEN: I'm with you on this. The response to you was rude and insulting. There are tons of people out there that don't screw around with bat files or any of their main game files. It is people like sagivcom that seem to like to belittle people who make simple comments or don't want to take a chance or ruining their game files, or who just simply want the ease and convenience of NMM. What I really don't understand about people who upload "bat files" as "mods" is that the only people who understand bat files can create their own.
1. Bat files in FO4 are simply notepads with some console commands that you can trigger mid game (Batch), so putting it in your game file cannot hurt it.
2. It is rude to get into a conversation that has absolutely nothing to do with you.
3. I didnt belittle him in any way, so dont come in lying. maybe you should google "Belittle" to refresh its meaning.
4. getting my pc hacked and getting triggered cause of that didnt do any good.
5. Im no modder. i cannot script or anything, all i did is put some commands to give you the parts for the robots, so i dont have much knowledge about this anyways, yet even i can understand that when there is no NMM option then you have to install it manually.
NMM has a button that lets you add files to your unassigned (or whatever category you like) category. The button is add mod from file far left side first button look like a green plus sugn.
In all fairness, bat/text files do install from NMM. Drops them right into the game's directory where they belong. Used them before.
It's not necessarily about difficulty-of-install, but the clean efficiency of having all your mods go through the mod manager rather than simply being dropped in and undocumented completely separate from the rest of my mods. (Granted, I'm the kind of person who gets upset that some games store things in the Programs/Steam folder, the Documents folder, AND AppData at the same time, so... what can I say? I absolutely require efficiency and organization, I like to have ALL my items of a related nature in one place.)
However, if I'm not mistaken, you can select any file you download, and add it to NMM manually.
lol i assume that you're new to modding even these day this comment make me laugh it's a notepad and drag it into folder to able to bat it what do you need NMM for lol
hi there, i tried this batch file here and there!!! i got new parts to create after i was like i should have all already collected (nuka).
now im looking forward to get a similar bat file to give ma access to all craftables. there are alot of them acros vanilla and DLC. haven't found any bat file yet!
Thanks for the file. It will be really helpful. By the way, for whose who want to keep trace of their downloads, if you keep your mouse cursor on the files button at the top of this site page for a second, a menu will pop out. The last option of this menu is your downloads history.

Good day.
You weren't "rude", except that you called him lazy which HE IS IF HE CAN'T INSTALL A SIMPLE BATCH FILE.
Thanks for making this.
