   Hello, I just downloaded this file using the Nexus Mod Manager, I activated it, and now I was wondering when I start the game is there anything I need to do? I do not see any difference in Sanctuary after re-starting, and I do not see any way in the game to clean or scrap unwanted items beyond what the game normally allows.

      you need to download spring cleaning mod for this to work i believe

      Thank you for a good job. My only issue was that you had screwed the retaining wall/side walk next to the river.
      You removed almost all of it.
      
      That is a prime piece of property for building. Just because of that, I had to uninstall your mod.

   My only issue was some of the weapons and armor where in germen, sadly I cannot read germen, really good effort though.
   
   also the save is with a Female

   both the saves are the same , both have houses and foundations ??

      I dont know how it is. When i load them, they are ok and one has houses and foundations the second w/o houses and foundations only main build. Maybe you misscliked?

   would be a good save but for all the mods needed and the great big quest list and not saying what quest are already have been done and who was sided with nice but not for me thanks for trying anyway
