Just a headsup even though this probably wont get updated. The references edited in this mod should be disabled not deleted. If any mod were to reference any of the deleted decals in this mod the game will CTD. Marking them as disabled instead of deleted removes that issue.
yes I came here to say this too. I make a habit of checking all plugins i download before i use them, and i immediately saw all the deleted records. EVERYONE NEEDS TO RUN THIS PLUGIN THROUGH FO4Edit CLEANING MODE! It will undelete and disable the records, as it shouldve been done originally. All you do is make a copy of the FO4Edit.exe and rename it to FO4EditQuickAutoClean.exe. Run this just like you would regular xedit, select the plugin from this mod, hit 'OK' and then save it when it's finished.
If you dont want to do this, here is a copy of mine.. it is the same as what you download except it has been fixed (all UDRs have been addressed). Google Drive: Cleaned Version Download
lately, I have been having trouble with stains reappearing shortly after they first disappear, any one else having or know of a conflict that causes this to happen?
Sorry for late reply. Hmm, haven't heard of that issue before, so I'd assume there's a mod conflict somewhere. Try placing this mod at the end of your load order, that should overwrite the conflict and keep the decals removed.
My best guess would be to check if you have any settlement cleaner mods, I can't think of anything else that would effect this. Back when I made this the cleaner mods never touched the decal markers, but newer or updated ones may. I haven't really been in the Fallout 4 modding scene for a hot minute so not sure what's out there now. If you figured it out, or figure it out feel free to let me know I'm kind of curious.
There is a really ugly one on he first floor of the Visitor's Center (Far Harbor). Is this one covered by your mod? I hate it, completely spoils what I want to do with the room! Going to give this a try and see.
Edit: YES! Your mod got rid of it, thank you SO much for this!!
Excellent!! Been complaining to myself for a year about how i hated the blood and mud stains everywhere and how i could never console command them away, thank you so much for this! Will be endorsing!
I checked the esp in the CK and there's no asterisk on the cell. The decals were deleted from the cell window, but the cell itself wasn't touched? So, deleting decals doesn't break precombines?
Super late reply but wanted to share incase anyone has the same concern. No this shouldn't break precombines, and I haven't noticed any issues regarding it. The decals themselves are just textures being sent by a marker, so it isn't connected to any precombines.
If anyone knows for sure feel free to share, I have no idea how precombs work honestly.
What a lifesaver. I use a Winter overhaul, and the stains are snow white instead of the usual puddles and concrete stains. A lot more noticeable when one is on your living room floor!

The stupid ugly splotch in the General's quarters kept appearing over all the rugs I tried to put over it. Now it's gone forever. Thank you.
