One needs to quantify what the word Essential means. Think about it, who needs a mod to disable a feature they never intend to use anyway because of how they roleplay? That is the definition of Useless - not essential. It's a WASTED .ESP slot for people who "roleplay".
I'm not bashing the mod, just the idea of it.To me mods like this make no sense, it's like it's putting a pseudo mommy and daddy in their game - someone to keep them from doing something they shouldn't because they have no self control.
So does this mean that if you get 40 special points during character creation, that's it? That's all the Special points you can get like in previous Fallout games? (Not counting bobbleheads, etc)
Suggestion: Explain what the mod does to affect the player so as to achieve what you, the mod author, are trying to accomplish. It's unclear to be honest and more information users have access to the more likely they will be to download/recommend. Cheers!
Added a bit, dunno why people where confused but here goes nothing:
> "This mod when used with the recommended mods makes the game feel more like and RPG than the vanilla game ever can because each character you make will have to be different. No ending the game with all 9s and 10s in all stats. Similar to how Fallout 3 and New Vegas worked."
