Has this been checked with a modern version of Looksmenu? I just tried it and the face is a horrific caricature of a human being. Which bites, because I was hoping for so much from this.
Edit: Ok, I figured out what happened. Turns out the hairstyle the mod recommends isn't just hair. There's something in there that the face needs in order to properly render the chin and mouth.
So I'm a bit confused, I have downloaded all of the prerequisites however when I make it to the Data/f4se/plugins/ there is f4ee.dll and f4ee and I am unsure how to get the f4ee/ presets folder to show up.
Love her! Just started a new play with her. I changed her a bit with adding some color to the hair, and Neko look with Ears and Tail. Throw in the higher voice ( Japanese ) and sounds replacer... wow! A fun time!
I'm very excited to use this preset, truly lovely work, but I can't quite seem to figure it out. I'm fairly certain it's in the right location and I installed every required mod (btw, the CBBE link you have is for the Skyrim version).
I tried placing the "Japanese Shoujo Preset-20587-1-0" folder in Presets to no avail, so I tried the "School Girl.json" file itself in Presets, again no change.
Removed all unrelated mods to ensure it wasn't anything load order related.
It seems to be working for the most part but the "Presets" option is greyed out. Tried both creating a new character and editing an existing one with commands.
If the presets option is grayed out in the character edit menu that means that you are not launching Fallout 4 using the F4SE launcher. You need to use that instead of the default FO4 launcher and not through steam. The F4SE launcher is in the same folder when you installed F4SE script extender
You know, I kinda wish that this had a face preset .esp file so that way I can merge it with "Synthetic Love" mod to make sure she looks the same as when I first created her. I'm kinda worried without the .esp file that the vanilla Nora will show up and not the new Masami wife.
BTW, I vote a big YES! to you doing the voice acting, especially if it's either a new companion, or just redoing Nora's lines. Big donation coming your way, and I am not saying that as a bribe to get what I want, it's just for your continued work here and the "other site". you must be rightfully compensated for your hard work. I won't forget Kat either. Both of you are adorable partners in the modding community.
OOOOHHH, an idea on top of your busy schedule, Kat as a sexy DJ voice.....no matter if we meet her or not. As a matter of fact, I am going to work on my free time to making 2 new radio stations. Non-lore friendly, two different styles of rock 'n roll stations. Was planning on exporting Travis' lines, without the introductions but with the commercials, old and created ones. (I have plenty of ideas to create new commercial lines) Including the news updates. I was going to do one, but I didn't think it would be right to do both stations myself.
I think that is all I can think of. It's 6:15am here and I have to work tonight. Hope to talk to you again soon.

In terms of your synthetic love predicament, it isn't helpful to use the looksmenu preset? That's what I usually do to maintain accuracy of the face. In order for me to do the ESP thing I'd have to ask Onigima if I can resuse their assets for the cute Asian face parts mod.
I'm going to go ahead and upload a clean save file to see if it helps out anyone a bit.
Yes I could do the slm on Nora during the Synthetic Love, I just wanted it to be her with out altering again, but please don't do anything on my account, I will be fine if I do have to use the SLM command on her. That is where i will also be experimenting with the Renaming mod, hoping to change her to Masami. I just read your sticky again, would the Face Ripper file have the numbers that are useful in FO4Edit? Almost like an .esp file?
Oh I forgot, this is for everyone that doesn't know this. The website where I got the new name for Nora listed "Jun". Interestingly enough, Jun in English means Submissive. There is the explanation for Marcy being like that towards Jun.
I think that's it for now, I have a lot on my modding plate as well. I am still working on my New Affinity mod that I have hidden for now. I am also working on New Billboards for Quince99 for his Restore Mods. And I myself am going to have to get a new Headset with mic to start on the re-voicing of Travis' lines.
Oh the things we do for the games we love (I haven't even started modding for The Witcher 3 yet).
Please, Please, Please, upload the cleanest save possible of this lovely lady! I've got a spot for her in my Foxy Fire Team! Thanks for sharing! OH.....and you should consider making her a full fledged companion someday. I would definitely romance her!
