INTRODCTION:
Let me just start off by saying that this is my first mod so there is alot to improve (any tips, suggestions, ideas, etc. are welcome).
Well, lets talk about the mod then.
I always loved camp kendall and was very sad that it wasn't a settlement. after requesting it and waiting i decided that i could try it myself.
OH! by the way: i haven't tried anything with settlers, so if you notice anything, please inform my brain

- Add a see able border
- Make more stuff scrappable ✓
- add an optional version with the workbench on top of the tower
make the elevator thingy unscrappable so that you can safely srapall- Work on another settlement at thicket excavations
- check out that sp00ky raider on top of the tower
