   Hey,
   Is there anyway I could just get the sound film for it? (In an MP3 format)
   I so want this as my text message sound!!

      There is a way. You can download this handy tool, http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3663
      
      and then just manually download my mod, extract the file and turn the xwm into a wav or mp3
