Hello. Is this mod no longer working, or am I just the big dumb? I used Vortex to install. Edit: The max rads change seems to work (755 instead of 900), but I am still healing to full health once it is reached.
Perfect for a Crusader of Atom Gunslinger cleansing the world with a Deliverer and a Wounding Combat Shotgun. The radiation immunity does indeed trigger when it's supposed to (the new 24.5%). Your HP is still capped at whatever your radiation level would normally allow, rather than the Robe's usual effect of giving you full max health back obscured by a full radiation bar. It may be a mod conflict of some sort (that I'm too lazy to figure out) but I couldn't equip any armor pieces alongside the robes, aside from the Widow Gloves and Tac Belt, and the Skull Mask (though the outfit is gorgeous just like that anyway). I was also able to wear a Helmet and Eyeglasses... though I have mods that make both invisible, I don't think either changes their slotting. The usual method of getplayergrabbedref to stick a Legendary mod on something doesn't work (gloves and belts and backpacks and such tend to do that). MkV Weave works. Are these robes worth giving up a full set of Unyielding armor, with the new change? I don't know, I might do it just to keep the look. https://imgur.com/a/wgGDgwM However, this mod doesn't make any changes to the robes, it changes the effect you get... so combining this mod with the Atom's Devoted Wetsuit mod allows me to have a Weaved wetsuit with the changed mod shared by these robes, and a full set of armor can be worn over it (I use modded-invisible Shadowed synth armor, the Nanotube mod).
Hey, how would one go about removing the effect of "Gift Of Atom"? (the effect of the robes, its stuck enabled for my character) I seem to have it glued to my character even while completely in my birthday suit.
Not many people know about the Robes of Atoms Devoted underlying effect. I was hoping for something exactly like this when I heard about it. Thank you for doing Atom's work good sah!
I'm not sure if the immunetoradiation perk affects anything else.
It is used by every single rad immune NPC in game. Safer solution would be to copy perk and magic effect as new then modify new perk/magic effect and reference in robes effect while leaving old one unchanged.
Dead mod, but interestingly when I use it, my bar still goes almost completely red, but I have 23/95 HP, which is 24.2%, enough to max the Cowl, and does trigger unyielding. For shits and giggles, I put the effect on a duplicate wetsuit so I can have it ballistic weaved, and have a set of Unyielding Marine armor over it, with the Inquisitor's helm, rad-powered weapon, Inquisitor of Atom perk, really its time to just be OP as balls. Have an endorsement for having the exact obscure mod that I was looking for, two years after you made it :)
It works well with the new legendary effects from The Legendary Overhaul. You can use their 'juggernaut' mod on armour, coupled with Nerd Rage and their Unstable armour mod to *almost* be unstoppable. Would be good for a zero death play through. If I were better at modding, I think this effect could be a legendary effect instead of a single piece of clothing.
