1.Download Manual (obviously)
2.go to the folder of the documents (Or where you have it), enter in fallout4 and replace the file Fallout4Prefs.ini

PD: i can optimize more the game, so leave a comment if you need it

I change resolution,shaders,LOD,Terrain Manager and Decals 
Almost everything to the minimum so that it does not look absolutely bad

The Resolution is H600 W800 [1.3v]

I recommend that you prioritize fallout 4 on the task manager
