The Guns in the Holsters on the Harness aswell as the Items on the Belt (Bottle, Binoculars, Radio, Rope, Bag) use the default's Game Physics Bones - mostly the same as Sturges Outfit and Cait's Bandolier. As such they at times can go haywire a bit but I prefer it this way for Purposes of having them move slightly more naturally instead of clued to the Body.
Performance Wise I did not notice any Drop with the full Outfit equipped and my System isn't great to begin with - so it "shouldn't" cause any Drops in Performance. At least as far as I can tell.
One last Note for those that might be interested/wondering - the whole outfit might look very different in each individual Game as it uses the Vanilla / DLC Texture Pathing and Materials and hence will change depending on Replacers for said Textures/Materials Installed.

Update 2016-12-07: Anataron let me upload another option for the SHB users. I changed the default pants in the outfit to the road leather pants (in specific the ones from Gage in NW) and make a ZAP slider for the goggles. The download just has the SHB project files (one for each item) needed to to build the outfits in BodySlide. You also need one of the main vanilla male files as well. This isn't supported by Anataron (as he doesn't really use SHB) so if questions/issues send them my way - but I consider it pretty much done at this point.
You can add a ZAP option to the body slide files to remove it when building the outfit. There won't be any optional files uploaded here to do that, however, so it means you would need to learn how to do it in BodySlide. I was completely self-taught in using BS/OS so I know it can be done. I added a toggle for the goggles on the BS I provided for my SOS conversion. If you want it for the female body you are on your own.
Like any new thing it can take some time to learn. There are various guides online - nexus, google, wiki - if you hunt around. Once you learn enough to do it you will find it opens up many doors to customizing your own outfits as well. So there is a pay off to the time investment.
Hi, this is my favorite outfit by far, but I want to edit a few things with the backpack. But any time I load it into Outfit studio and save it, the straps wig out and break even if I don't make any modifications to the item. This only happens when I load physics, which I really want to do. I don't know what else to do.
Love these outfits! Very nicely done! I'm having a problem, though. I'm getting these purplish brown patches on my NPCs...

On her waist and her left shoulder...and her belly button is missing. I realize that this mod is abandoned and you are long gone, but if you happen to check on this page I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!
That's not this mod. You have something else going on with your mod line-up that has nothing to do with this mod specifically. Second guess is that you are trying to use this mod with an unsupported body type.
I'm using the female body that I created in CBBE-bodyslide, which is supported by your mod, correct? C'mon, man! I need this outfit in my line up...it's so darn awesome that I simply cannot do without it! So, let's put our 'thinking' caps on and get this amazing outfit into my game. I can post my load-order if I need to. The skin mod that I'm using is https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/31965 if that helps at all. Also, I checked in bodyslide and this outfit is not listed.
Howdy - All I can tell you is that this mod works perfectly fine for the required files: Far Harbor, Nuka World and CBBE / CBBE Compatible Textures. Maybe the texture you use is not CBBE compatible or maybe what you created for CBBE in bodyslide has some potential conflict.
The number of possible variations on mods, outfits, textures, meshes, and BS/OS builds it huge which is why that level of extra support falls on the user. The basic outfit works as intended so not a lot more I can offer. Maybe another user will see your comments and have some suggestions for you.
Since the whole outfit uses "vanilla/beth-ressource" textures - you can, in theory, quite easily. All that is needed is finding "clean retextures" for the nuka world clothing - specifically the Disciples Underarmor (Pants) and Gage's Underarmor (Shirt) - however, not sure what is available in that regard :)
no - this mod doesn't come with any textures - it uses the textures provided within the bethesda archives coming with the game/dlc .. so you have to replace these textures in their appropriate folders (which have to be created, if your not yet using a replacer for them - as loose files will overwrite the .b2a files)
for the Top it should be "textures\DLC04\Clothes\Gage\GageTankTop_f_d.dds" and "textures\DLC04\Clothes\Gage\GageTankTop_m_d.dds", respectively
This is simple enough to do in BS/OS, especially if using the converted SHB files I provided. That being said I will take a look at it and maybe consider uploading either updated SHB files with a ZAP! Slider for the tank-top or a version without.
Just note this will be using the leather pants version I made though as that is the one I use and already have properly converted to go shirtless.
Thank you! I tried to do it myself but I've never used outfit studio (Only ever played with body sliders). I removed the vest but his body was gone. That's where I got stuck. Thanks for the reply. Love the mod. Oh and I prefer the leather pants version :D
Okay you are all set. Just uploaded it. I added a ZAP toggle for the tank top. So you can have the full outfit, shirtless with goggles, and shirtless without goggles.
I included instructions in the download and a screenshot to help. You just have to toggle the right boxes if removing the shirt - so only the legs are hidden beneath the pants versus the whole body. You want to hide the legs to prevent clipping. I set the default sliders all to ZERO.
It looks like this (minus my own added accessories):
