Disclaimer regarding Bethesda.net Upload/Console Support:
I personally will not upload this Mod for Consoles for one simple reason. I do not have a Console and hence can and will not provide support based on Console-Related Issues that might not be present/apparant on the PC Version nor test if the Mod even works. That said: This Statement can be seen as a free for all Permission to do so - under one simple condition: Basic Credit has to be provided and whoever uploads it there is responsible for resolving issues that might come up with the Version available there. I can and will not.
Edit: 03/22/2017 - The Mod is also available on Bethesda.net for the XBox at the Link below, still not uploaded by me so please try to solve potential issues with the Console Version there as I can't do any troubleshooting with Consoles:

Requirements:
This Mod in both Versions requires both the Far Harbor and Nuka World DLC's.
If downloading the "CBBE Female" Main Version CBBE and/or CBBE Compatible Textures are required to be installed aswell.
If going for the Optional Downloads it also requires Armor and Weapon Keyword Community Resource (AWKCR) and/or BodySlide and Outfit Studio installed respectively.

All Items listed below are available both for Males and Females. They are set up to look best if worn exclusively but some can be mix/matched with for example the Vault Suit or similar Items. By default all of them can be crafted at the Chemistry Station in the UTILITY Category if the Player has the Armorer Perk Rank 1 (or higher). A version of the ESP that moves the Crafting to the Armorsmith Workbench of AWKCR is provided in the Optional Files - if using it the Outfit in all parts can be found in the "Outfits - RUGGED" category. Perk Requirements stay the same.
All Items are Mashup's of Vanilla / DLC Meshes provided within the Bethesda Archives.
Wasteland Ranger:
Underarmor that also takes the Torso/Chest Armor Slots. It provides 5 Energy, Physical and Radiation Protection, has a Weight of 5 and a Value of 15. It can be modified at the Armor Bench with Lining and Balistic Weave (if unlocked) and comes with a +1 Agility and +1 Endurance Bonus.
Wasteland Ranger Armor:
Armor Piece that covers both Arms and Legs. It provides 30 Physical and 20 Energy Protection (slightly higher than the four pieces of Light Metal Armors combined), has a Weight of 10 (slightly lighter than the four pieces combined) and a Value of 20. It can be modified at the Armor Bench with 1 of the Misc Category General Armor Mods. ( for ex. Dense, Stabilized, etc) It also has the "shadowed" Stealth Buff by default despite not being able to be changed in its "Material/Appearance".
Wasteland Ranger Cap:
Military Cap with added Union Jack Flag that does not take the Hair Slot. Fitted for the Hair of the Characters in the Screenshots, so might clip for other Characters. Takes the Headband Slot. It provides no Protection or Boni, has a weight of .2 and a Value of 15.
Wasteland Ranger Toolkit:
Belt with Binoculars, Radio, Rope, Bottle aswell as Leg Strap with Knife. Takes Slot 55, has a Weight of 2 and a Value of 25. Provides a +1 Perception Bonus.
Wasteland Ranger Harness:
Harness with 2 Holstered Sidearms. Takes Slot 54, has a weight of 2 and a Value of 25. Provides a +5 Carry Weight Bonus.
Wasteland Ranger Pack:
Harness above with an added Backpack and Rifle. Takes slot 54 aswell, so is mutually exclusive with the Harness, has a weight of 2 and a Value of 25. Provides +25 Carry Weight Bonus.
Notes:
Weapons in both the Harness and Pack do not respond to Visible Weapons - 3rd Person Holster by personal Choice as I don't use it.
For BodySlide Optional Download Users:
Male Accessoires (Toolkit, Harness, Pack) have been fitted over "Kurt" preset and are not Slider-Conformed to avoid Weapons deforming. If your SHB Preset is vastely different from the SHB-Kurt Preset they will not fit very well. Depending on Range of difference the default Accessoires of the Main Downloads might fit better, which is why I would recommend to only export them after testing with your preset applied to the Underarmor and Armor only or to use the "Kurt" SHB Preset for this Outfit.
Female Accessoires (Toolkit, Harness, Pack) have been fitted over "Fallout4KathrynBody" preset and are not Slider-Conformed to avoid Weapons deforming. If your Preset is vastely different from the Preset provided within the Download they will not fit very well. Depending on Range of difference the default Accessoires of the Main Downloads might fit better, which is why I would recommend to only export them after testing with your preset applied to the Underarmor and Armor only or to use the provided preset instead for this Outfit.
For both Genders the Accessoires are included within the Projects for easy loading and fitting to personal needs. Would recommend not converting them to Sliders to avoid Weapons/Static Objects deforming.
Images of both Genders can be found with the "recommended exports" in the Image Section.
Credits, Permissions, Thanks & Used Tools:
As far as I'm concerned I will keep this a Nexus Exclusive Mod (ie on this very Page) but with the Console Permission above feel free to do with it as you wish as long as it goes along with the Rules and Regulations set by the Community/the Authors of the Tools below and Bethesda/the Nexus in general. Credit would be nice though ;)

wolfgrimdark for doing some testing of the Male Version and generally being a great sport in regards to feedback and general thought exchange aswell as a source of Motivation/Inspiration with his recent The Freebooter Mod ;)
I personally will not upload this Mod for Consoles for one simple reason.
