I avoided changing the mechanist, sparks, and robobrain robots. Ada and unnamed robots should be properly aggro with this.

Test file to keep enemies from advancing - with this they should hold position in cover. Keep in mind that without this they still won't advance much; you may prefer that they break cover occasionally to rush you.
