   Does anyone by any chance know the helmet on the screen and where i can get it?

      You probably already have figured this out but gonna reply anyway. It is the spike armor. Atleast in vanilla you can't separate the helmet from the armor. It works like an outfit. Helmeted cage armor is kinda similar too. you might want to look into it.

      Without the creation kit, you can only remove or replace stuff. I personally find this mod useful as I hate the ticking sound too and I'm sure so do many other people.
