srry to be a killjoy, but I really was hoping the tree was still alive, a treehouse in a big dead tree? Kind of depressing. I was hoping for some life from the non-existant branches. edit, not sure if this is everyone's experience it was just mine. pls don't hate me :P
Really wanted to try and like this as I play a heavily modified game with several zombie mods. For whatever reason they also spawn inside the house way up in the air and I have no idea how to solve that so back to the drawing board I suppose.
It's more like how the game handled it. I've True Storm ghouls horde spawning enabled and it sometimes spawns in the house, same as Zombie Walker. Shame because I know how you feel. Spawning enemies inside our bases ruins the gameplay.
6 years later and this is still my favorite mod/settlement of all time. At this point I have 41 settlers, a beerbot, 4 companions, and tons of NPCs Travel visitors all sandboxing up and down this tree, and its the only mod that will make me rage quit FO4 if I ever have to remove it.
Love this mod it is one of my favorite settlment / player home mods ive used however i cannot actually access it as the gate says it requires a key and so does the bunker at the base of the tree and have no clue where said key is...
Good evening...at first the mod would not show at all....after searching a bit the nexus manager i saw there was no esp...so i added the files again manualy and a miracle happened....i could actualy see the tree house as soon as i loaded the save All i can say is : Well done! It looks very nice, has a great view and loved the decoration as well Also the route in order to get the key was quite...interesting.... (do you by anycase dislike...rats? ;p ) Overall is a very good settlement mod (although i ll probably keep it just for my self ;p ),thank you for making it Killshots and Arianna for helping decorate
Thanks glad you liked the mod. And yeah sorry about that Version 1.0 was packed wrong and wouldn't work with the NMM i am glad version 1.2 worked out better for you.
Thanks for this! I was wondering why it wouldn't turn up in my game despite using MO2 to install it. So I did it manually and it turns up in MO2's plugin list.
Looks to be a nice settlement.....but....I can't access the workshop, sais i must kill all the enemies. I killed all the mole rats, even the friendly ones, still no access. How is one supposed to exit the scorpion hole? Also there were what appeared as two floating cans of dog food floating in the air to the right of the treehouse when viewed from the bunker entrance on the shore, I shot them and they fell into the water.
love the looks, and GOOD timing because I just finished walling up and 'peopleing' Sunshine Tidings up the hill :)
not one solitary person has mentioned NPC's, settlers, being able to NavMesh through everything tho so I'm a little leary to experiment..
*** UPDATE !! I took my oldest companion "Blood Rose" there, she immediately sat down on that chair overlooking Sunshine and she said: "God I forgot places like this still existed!"
so it is official, my companions LOVE this tree house!!
questions? 1) the wire fencing around the island at bottom...? can i scrap it and replace it with covenant cement walls? ~ unless the game engine has no scripted attacks for this Treehouse location then it is less concern... :)
2) my ATTRACTION was mostly temptation to deploy an ARTILLERY piece up there somehwere, I guess perhaps I could REPLACE the crops with my Howitzer... :) ~ but if I could remove a ROOF or two from the smaller upper shacks one of tHEM might make a better Howitzer perch :)
3) IF IT IS TRUE the ground level gets NO attacks from the game engine, I wonder if a genius could put a swimming POOL beside the swing :)
I will endorse this this Treehouse is amazingly beautiful and such a peacfeul spot, FO4 enemies probably never know it's here :)
Everything about it spoke to me.....the view, the size (just about right) and the location. We are talking a mod made in 2016 and still every bit relevant.
