Didn't work as intended at all but it managed to f*#@ up my game in such a specific way that it fixed another mod I was having issues with, allowing me to build around any issues. So thanks i guess.
I was playing the game and just discovered Spectacle island and saw how destroyed the house was and instantly thought of going on Nexus and looking for a repaired version of it. And here I am, though I 'm a bit displeased about the design of the house as it in my opinion looks very rushed and like you just woke up and had 10 minutes before having to go to school and made it, no offense of course . If you put a bit more effort into the exterior of the house making the upstairs part match the downstairs a bit more you got my download and endorsement.
Good on you though for taking time to even make this mod in the first place.
I'm hoping to add some new features in the future, i'll add these to my list for sure. As for the rain there's no real way to make it stop except for making a cell, which I could consider as an option.
