Even though this mod is a work in progress, I knew the moment the new menu music played, that this is a amazing well created score for any game of Fallout 4. Keep up the good work Sam.
This has been a long time coming! I've been taking a break to deal with some personal issues, and I'm afraid that's the best I can say to you guys at this point, but coming back and seeing a few supportive comments whilst I've been gone has really, honestly, helped pick me up form a low point and turn it around into a more positive one.
I'll be uploading a video at some point this week with the faction-based themes I'd finished, and probably add them into the file as well.
But I'd really love to hear what music you guys would like replacing ASAP. It's such a large scale project, and doing it in my spare time without being paid whilst I've got paid projects on as well tends to delay this one slightly, but if there's anything anybody wants doing as soon as possible then I'd be more than happy to mark it down as a priority and get that one theme (or a suite of themes, e.g the quest completion themes, the faction themes, the average walking around themes) done before the others.
Sorry, guys. But like i said, thank you so much for the support, this mod isn't dead (yet), it's just me taking a breather to recuperate, work on some paid projects, and get back on track within myself.
I hope you'll understand and, more importantly, stay tuned to hear what I have in stock.
For me, I think it would be great if you could score the opening quest. You know: Pre-War, going into the vault, what happens there, waking up in the future and discovering Sanctuary. And, maybe one "walking/travel" theme. I think that could be a great introduction to what the mod could be at completion. I totally understand making music takes time and that life has a lot going on. I am very excited for this mod and can not wait until we can have a bulk of the music replaced with your stuff. It's great.
Hope you keep working on this. The music is incredible, and even though I'm not into replacing the main themes, I'm endorsing on principle. Good work! Also, combat music was never my strong suit so finding a mod that actually improves upon vanilla's is a rare find indeed! Kudos!
