Well, how about a 'newcomers' corner' page, where everything is in massive bold text and uses single-syllabic words. All important information would have a large breast and/or assault weapon icon next to it to catch the eye and indicate importance. Furthermore on the 'newcomers' corner' mods cannot be downloaded unless the new mod-user clicks a gigantic "Yes, I know how to mod" button, which leads to a second "I have read the description page carefully" button, which leads to a third "I am not going to leave pointless comments at all" button. Just a thought.
Before all of this, though, there should be a survey to determine whether one is too salty to handle simple comments on a mod page. Also "just a thought".
Then again, I understand not everyone possesses the sufficient forethought to consider such things. We cannot all be decent human beings, you know; that would just be, like, unbalanced and over-powered.
