nice preset for Tina! just out of curiosity may I ask what is the main mod you're working on? I'm the author of Dependency Quest Fix and I'm about to finish a complete audio overhaul that gives Tina voiced dialogue after recruiting her as a settler along with a revisited version of my earlier quest fix that allows players to recruit her even after the quest has been bugged out or has been finished without convincing her to join.
Very simple. Of course you need to install F4SE and Looksmenu but I'm assuming you've done that already. So here's what you do:
1. Position yourself in front of the NPC you want to copy. 2. Enter the Console and click on the NPC. You'll see an 8 digit number and two letters in brackets. Ignore what's in brackets, you don't need it. 3. now typeSLM nnnnnnnnwhere "nnnnnnnn" is the 8 digit number from step 2. Exit the console so you can interface with Looksmenu 4. now go into the Presets menu, hit X to save, give it a name, exit Looksmenu and you're done.
You can make a preset of any NPC this way, as long as you're standing close enough to click on them.

It was my hope to make her a level 4 chem merchant one day, but I haven't even started that mod yet.
