well, it is. the first 2 mysterious stranger's were people who had find an ancient artificact, probaly in somewhere of mojave on a mentioned coal mine, the Artifact can hold or even make you younger, stronger and faster forever, the Jack Cabbot he use a serum type, but it is a weaker version
It just occurs to me, the drifter that gives you the Mysterious Magnum in F:NV during that one quest had that sort of mustache and face... Mysterious Stranger Jr. perhaps?
If you wanted the Mysterious stranger to be consistent wouldn't it make more sense to mode New Vegas, F3 and Fallout 4 to have him wear leather armor like in the first 2 games?
I like it! Maybe an optional file where some of his clothes cover his face a bit more? I know you're trying to keep it consistent with past games, but I personally feel that someone named "Mysterious Stranger" should be a bit more....well, mysterious; you shouldn't be able to recognize him if you saw him wandering around Diamond City in a different outfit. On my FNV playthroughs, I remember trying to find a mod like that, that was before I was aware of actually being able to talk to modders .
I know you are going for faithfulness to the lore of FO3 and NV, but would you consider adding a version that gives him the "5 o'clock shadow" shave style? (I don't think it's called that)
If you're talking about lore, it would make sense for the Stranger to have a mustache given that 10 years has passed since FO3. Why wouldn't he be rocking a 'stache because he can now grow one?
