it's fuckhueg because it is based off the 10mm pistol meshes, rather than the deliverer pistol meshes. i dont have the experience or time to change it.
Hi. I love that this mod adds new calibers and all that fun stuff, but it comes at a cost. When enabled, it deactivates all engravings from the base mod. Pearl grip is still fine though. Fix that, and this would be without a doubt a great improvement in every way over the original mod.
after 5 years you are the first person to mention that i missed an attach point on the receivers (i've never used them, didnt notice). kudos uploaded a new version for you and all the folks that like that stuff, enjoy.
left the original sound in updated version, re-download or use new sound patch if you like that better.
I'm very, very impressed with this mod, especially the added recoil! How did you do it, if I may ask? I'm very new to modding, and I'm trying to add more recoil to a different weapon, to give it more kick.
Is it as easy as just modifying the AimModelRecoilMaxDegPerShot/AimModelRecoilMinDegPerShot values? If not, then which values modify a weapon's cone of fire, and the camera-shake from firing?
Thank you in advance. Again, I'm very impressed with this mod.
You 've done a nice job.I like the handgun very much, but the original mod's textures is still wierd--making it looks like a weapon from older genre fallout game like FNV,as well as the model with too sharp edges that fits nowhere in fallout 4.Will there be another update?
I did not modify any textures or meshes as part of this patch. only changed the sound and made .esp modifications.
depending on if you upgraded the weapon in game, the barrel and frame come default with a rusted texture that can be upgraded to worn stainless.
AMC AutoMags are stainless, probably wouldn't look polished after 200 years.
--I just remembered I had an issue a while back where Enhanced Blood Textures mod f***ed up all the spectral maps, and Higeyosi's guns have spectral maps on the stainless.
Tested your mod and makes the weapon sort of underwhelming. The main attribute of Magnum weapons is the stopping power, not penetration, but in fallout you can't give a stagger/knock-back attribute other than what the perks gives you. So the nerf in the damage of the pistol was quite heavy, the recoil was ok since the original mod doesn't have enough for a gun of that caliber.
Magnum 'stopping power' is not necessarily related to the weapon itself, but the projectile it fires. .44 Magnum, the default caliber of this weapon, wouldn't even work with this gun in reality due to it's rimmed cartridge.
This is why I have added the .44 AMP, the cartridge that is designed for this gun. the damage nerf brings it in line with the vanilla .44 magnum, which should be more or less the same damage as .44 AMP. (in this case I have actually buffed .44 AMP a bit as an encouragement not to use .44 Mag)
This is also why I have included the .475 Wildey magnum conversion. Even though this cartridge is meant for a completely different gun, the platform is very similar and gives you more of that stopping power you are looking for.

also added a new firing sound in the optional downloads. (overwrite the original)
Reverb and Ambiance Overhaul highly recommended
Edited, merged both mods and ESLified the merge and am glad to have it back in my game again!<3
i tried looking around but cant figure out how to do it

cone of fire and recoil/arc values are what you are looking for. you can compare my 44AM and the 10mm AM to see the differences.
glad you are enjoying my patch, thanks.

I think just reinstall EBT for fix.
