-Repacked into BA2's. Tested in game, OS, and Nifscope.
-Uploaded WIP CBBE Bodysliders thanks goes to JackJack86
-Meshes and Material files corrected for the B-90 series, thanks to tesoblivor for pointing out the WV texture issue
-Multiple Meshes and Material files fixed, it appears some of them corrupted at some point.
-Wastelander Jacket Armor Index system tweaked again. This will likely cause a reset of the index and require you to go to the workbench and update the armor.
-B-90 Index Tweaked along the same lines. This will likely cause a reset of the index and require you to go to the workbench and update the armor.
Corrections:
-Value rebalance of almost all items. Significantly dropped all items, especially accessories. All values close to vanilla for "basic" items. Thanks to Mycu for pointing this out.

Consolidated Merc Backpack, B-90 Armor, B-90 Helmet I, B-90 Helmet II, and B-90 Jetpack variants as color swap and armor index mods for those items.
Moved around which menu some of the items are crafted under, description has been updated to reflect v0.4 changes.
Added with hair variants of the Merc and Rebel Ski Hats and Scavenged NCR Helmet that only use slot 30.
Added under helmet hood variants of Merc and Rebel Balaclavas that only use slot 31.
Added Scavenged NCR Gas Mask Hood intended to be worn by itself without a hat/helmet.
Made B-90 jetpack functional.
Various small bug fixes.
