Found an alternative way around it. Enter "SetStage 000ED62 100" in your console (without the " of course).
Explaination: The Broken Cryo dialogue keeps repeating until the quest stage of dialoguevault111 (Quest form ID: 000ED62) is exactly 100. When entering from the outside the quest stage seems to be set to 110. So if you set the quest stage to 100 it will end the loop.
