Description

This mod rebalance perks Life giver, Solar powered and Ghoulish to be less overpowered and more fluent in terms of health and radiation regeneration, also health regeneration from those perks now works in combat.
No DLC version add custom Ghoulish rank 4 perk

Details

Life giver:
rank 1 - +20 HP(same as vanilla), 
rank 2 - +25 HP(vanilla - +20 HP), 
rank 3 - +30 HP(vanilla - +20 HP) health regeneration - +0.025% per second, works during combat(vanilla - +0.5% per second, dont works during combat)

Solar powered: 
rank 1 - same as vanilla,
rank 2 - radiation regeneration - +0.075% per second, requires 25lvl(vanilla - +1.0% per second, requires 27lvl),
rank 3 - health regeneration - +0.075% per second, works during combat(vanilla - +0.5% per second, dont works during combat)

Ghoulish:
rank 1 - 25% of incoming radiation heals(vanilla - 50%)
rank 2 - 50% of incoming radiation heals(vanilla - 100%)
rank 3 - 75% of incoming radiation heals(vanilla - 150%)
rank 4 - 100% of incoming radiation heals, health and radiation regeneration(if character has radiation poisoning) - +0.05% per second,
works during combat, requires 60lvl(vanilla - overpowered scripted health/radiation regeneration, requires 50lvl)

Installation

Before installing this mod it is strongly recommended to remove those Perks(if you already have it) by console commands:

Use NMM OR extract to your Fallout 4 folder.
Enable "HealthRegenerationPerksRebalanced.esp" with your mod manager.

Uninstallation

Before disabling with your mod manager and deleting HealthRegenerationPerksRebalanced.esp/HealthRegenerationPerksRebalancedNODLC.esp
it is strongly recommended to remove those Perks by console commands(see in "instalation" part)

For No DLC Version users additional console commands:

player.removespell ZZ000801 - custom Ghoulish rank 4 Health/Rads regeneration effectt 
player.removeperk ZZ000802 - custom Ghoulish rank 4 perk (ZZ - number in your load order for "HealthRegenerationPerksRebalancedNODLC.esp")
