I wasn't able to use and wished I hadn't downloaded it nor drag it into fo4 in game message said couldnt find nor open. so thinking it was in the wrong folder I dragged it into data fold and nooow I cant get the game to start like it half a sec ago >_<
Because it does not use forceav, setav or modav feature, but actually adds the "PERKS"... which is a whole different thing. Basically, it makes the game think you legitimately put points into the SPECIAL perks. As they aren't stats, but PERKS... FO4 is VERY oddly designed this way...
player.setav and you won't get the + it will also not bug or anything
fyi I'm pretty sure that perk and the actual stat are linked I used player.setav endurance 10 (and all the others) manually right at the start of the game and my character has all the specials perk stars at 10 I played from lvl1 to 24 (more than 50hrs) like that no problems or weird things at level up
from all the comments I read below this seems a lot buggier than simply using player.setav (which is not a bonus nor a forced value but simply you set the base value, you will still loose stats from being an addict or gain by taking drugs)
Handy mod but one problem- I accidentally re-ran it and now my stats are all set at one...re-running it has no effect in restoring my original cheat stats.

Edit: Nvm looking at txt file, was thinking it added all the perks period, nvm carry on.

but I keep having odd results when using this.
My first char that used this had some mixed stats, then after I used the bat he was 10 in everything except charisma at 9.
My current character that used this bat had base 4 stats in everything. Now has 13 in all stats except intelligence at 6.
Not sure what's causing the variance.
It's a bit wonky tho, and does not give the points correctly... it's an odd thing, possibly a bit broken or some such...
