FOR THE MISSING PLASTER TEXTURE: 1. Download the file here -> https://mega.nz/file/B1YWmS7A#ZH1spHm5zPRBzreKKbvlBuYSLjjGKMnzuy8m_9uaQxo 2. Unzip the contents anywhere, but ultimately it goes into your game folder. It creates 'data\materials\architecture\buildings\concrete02 - cinderblock new.bgsm' 2a. This texture is used by the assaultron face head from redportal's 'Assaultron Miscellaneous Armor' mod. 3. Copy and paste this file back to it's original location (to duplicate it), then change the name of the copy to 'concrete02 - marble light.bgsm' 4. In the end, you have 2 files in your folder. The same file twice with two different names. • 'concrete02 - cinderblock new.bgsm' (used for assaultron face) • 'concrete02 - marble light.bgsm' (used for plaster texture)
Might as well keep them both, since they're tiny. You'll use the first one with the other mod anyway (that you should get). (Thank you to member GvFrost for the original solution, and for providing this file for download) DONE.
Now you have a decent marble texture for the assaultron face, and for the 'plaster' bot. *** You can use vanilla primal waist to cover the wiener, or the 'Assaultron Sentry Armor' waist', again from redportal's 'Assaultron Miscellaneous Armor' mod. That waist is a bunch of swords, so I used vanilla 'Rear Barbaric Serrated Plate' to match it, then gave him a flaming sword, and named him "Michael".
P.S. Don't forget that the greatest thing about this mod is the new 'Assaultron Factory Hand Armor' replacements for 'Hydraulic Frame' armor. The Hydraulic are always hosed when using stealth blades. These have the same defense values, and at least are mounted in a logical fashion.
the nif for the plaster parts points to the vanilla concrete marble material file, so it should use the vanilla marble textures that came with the base game.
Actually checking it in game, I see the problem you are talking about. The author has a slight error in the nif. It's pointing to materials/architecture/buildings/concrete02 - marble light.bgsm which isn't a vanilla material file, at least in the US version. It's actually concrete02.bgsm. So the nifs for the plaster parts need to have the material name corrected and the textures will actually show up in game correctly.
Alternately, you can make a copy of the concrete02.bgsm file from the vanilla archive, and rename it to concrete02 -marble light.bgsm and put it in the materials/architecture/buildings folder and not have to correct all of the nifs individually
edit: drop this file in Fallout 4\Data\materials\Architecture\Buildings
Thank you joemitchell320! The legs mesh is messed up and looks like its folded from the knees towards the head. ok to fix i built the plaster waist armor after building the legs, then going back to the legs and mousing over them (and not selecting them) and then finish making the robot. will upload a pic

Everything else is working great

if the folders aren't there, then create them.

Edit: Yes it does, just change "concrete02 -marble light.bgsm" into "concrete02 - marble light.bgsm"
Just needed a space after the dash.
Also, I would really appreciate a version of this where the plaster legs do not include a tiny penis and balls.
