this mod have been HELLA HELPFULL for me, thank you so much!! i had a bug where Cito was following me everywhere after his quest, killing him and all of the console command didnt helped, so didnt another follower mods, but your ring helped! thaaaaanks (?????)

Just FYI - Two times, Hancock has crossed Gage's crossfire and causes Hancock to go rogue. I usually carry around 4-5 followers, and Hancock and Gage are the only ones with this issue.
((I fix the issue by dismissing Gage. You can't dismiss Hancock when he's rogue. But you can run away from him so you're not 'near an enemy' and you can map travel a bit. Do this a few times, or sleep for a few days' and he'll be back to normal. Then go get Gage again.))
wow people don't like unadvertised "features" I know that i didn't download a companion overall because i wanted my map to become an ugly labeled grid. Why on earth would you even add a map replacement into your mod, and more importantly why doesn't it say that it replaces the map?!?!
I''m travelling around with dogmeat and deacon with the best friend mod and have added this to have a robot companion too and it works great, real easy with vanilla companions but one thing I noticed is when you command your new extra companion you don't actually talk to them "hey" or whistling or whatever.. maybe a mild fix?
dunno what the deal is with this mod, and all the multi-follower mods, but for me this breaks the companion pathing entirely they wont follow me at all...just kind of stand there and warp to me... never walk or move and if you ask them to move they act like you are asking them to walk on un-nav meshed terrain or in an area they cant access its really bizarre....
I'm not in a position to knowledgeably answer your question, I don't know if a follower isn't supposed to die in this context, but you can bring any npc back to life using the console, select the corpse with the console open so their id is showing at the top and type the command 'resurrect', that brings them back to life with their current gear, 'resurrect 1' brings them back with the gear they originally spawned with, beware that if they lose a limb or head they won't get it back!
