I don't know why for me Fallout mutations is like meant to be with spells - perfect for Children of Atom playthrough, or strange witches, just anything spooky, growing from mutation and fantasy. Maybe it is for people who believe that magic really could be real if something - like radiation would happen and unlocked that?

Dude, with animations this mod would be superb! If I were you I'd ask around some of the animators to see if they'd be interested. Just don't hound them
Seeing as this is a good looking mod and I plan on using it I am afraid that it is very much not lore friendly (did I need to say that?) as a suggestion i would recommend making a sort of "gauntlet" which has some tubes freezing,burning/hot, etc just to make the mod seem just a touch more friendly for lore only users, anyways that is just my 2 cents keep up the great work
For future mods? You should consider doing it right now, if you want to attract any attention. This is a highly visual focused community, known also as "mod-users". People being set in front of text-walls with no screenshots => no mentionable downloads at all => files getting lost into the dark corners of any website.
