   Curious. There were no untarnished Halloween decorations at the beginning of the game prior to the bombs dropping? I mean, the ruined look does add to the whole spirit of Halloween, but still, kind of a bummer that there aren't untouched versions to use.

      Yeah, unfortunately there are no "pre-war" or untarnished Halloween decoration assets in the game. :/
      
      I went ahead and re-played the intro, and, curiously, there are actually NO Halloween decorations in the pre-war sequence. Odd!
      
      Anyways, hope you enjoy the mod regardless!
