This mod allows the player to craft several of the Halloween banners and decorations that are not normally unlocked.

Added snap points. All posters should now snap to walls.
Removed "build-your-own" parts for the cat and pumpkin posters. The snap points were glitchy with these pieces and required rotating anyways, so I just removed them. I kept the cat head and pumpkin head out of these sets.
Repackaged the files CORRECTLY, so now they should work properly when using NMM.

This is a simple mod that unlocks the Halloween decorations seen on several of the homes in Sanctuary and allows the player to build them from the workshop.
The decorations are found under Decorations->Wall Decorations->Paintings.
I still recommend using a mod like Place Everywhere in order to place them.
