I just downloaded and gave it a go and it works, Needed something to stop the rain at Somerville as I'm trying to create a blueprint and the rain was interfering with my recording, using the console to clear weather wasn't working as 10 sec later it started raining again, it's non stop rain at Somerville. The only thing now is that I'm getting more frequent rad storms but that's not going to interfere they don't last long.
Might come in handy for people who don't want to tweak their ini files to get rid of rain and overcast weather or use the console fw 2b52a code to get clear skies and have space left for a plug-in in their load order...
And, well, eh. I like vibrant-y weathers. The overcast 'n' rain weathers just make things look dull 'n' washed out. Gimme my sunlight and god rays, goddangit.
I love this mod because I have had a problem with the rain in Fallout 4 since release. Even if you have a solid roof the rain came come through the roof and get you and your floor wet somehow which seems like shoddy programming to me. Skyrim had mods that fixed it but to my knowledge there is no such mod for F04 (yet) so thank you for the wonderful mod! I will endorse!

Personally I can live with the weather in FO4.
