For instance, a rank in robotics expert with this mod rework does not count as a real perk point according to the games logic, meaning that if you for instance need to build the assaultron head laser and have a rank in robotics expert then you still can't do it and the game will say you have no ranks. I can only assume that this perk was reworked to the point where the game fails to merge it properly. Since both it and demolitions expert are represented with a white unimated vault boy instead of the regular colored animated version, it's safe to say this persists with the demolitions perk as well.
