you shouldnt recomend realistic lights any more. It doesent get any support from author at this point and im pretty sure it causes big performance drops i couldnt even run the game until i got rid of it.
When I use this, some textures appear in low res, even thought I use ultra settings. When I deleted the files from this mod from my game folder and restarted the game everything was normal again. If someone knows the reason and/or a workaround, pls tell me!
Really liked this preset, but when it is on (and only in that case) I start getting a problem that... will be hard to explain since english isn't my native language, but I'll try either way.
I guess it may have something to do with the shadows or textures draw distance? When I'm walking, I can see a shadow slowly covering the buildings (yeah, it's like they are brighter and then as I approach they start becoming darker), and sometimes, depending on my point of view (moving to the left or right or just turning around) distant buildings will sort of pop out from a uh, I don't know, fog?
Do you have any idea what the problem could be? I don't think pictures would help, I thought about recording a video but I don't know what app I could use since I'm using ENB.
It says there are no files to be downloaded :\ I"ll keep looking coming back and refreshing, might be the Nexus acting up. Also, did you have to disable SSAO? Thanks.
I have the feeling that it looks a bit darker than before, and the beautiful effect that changed how the natural light from the sky hit the top of the buildings is almost entirely gone, but I figure you probably had to get rid of it to fix the other issue? I didn't mind the slightly blurrier texts though, is there something I should change in the .cfg files that would improve quality at the cost of that?
Either way, I still think this is the best preset in terms of tones and pretty much everything, actually. I tested quite a few and most of them were too dark at nights and vibrant. The only thing that truly bothered me in yours was that problem you said was caused by SSAO. Pretty sure that now it is gone, so thanks a lot, really!
I think I was talking about bloom. It's either bloom or something like that. The effect seems to still be present, I guess it must be a matter of my characters location, POV and the different lighting from the sky. The sun was rising when I tested the previous version, so the lighting was pretty nice and the way the lighting was hitting the top of the buildings looked very different when I checked vanilla vs your preset as I was walking and taking a look around. My only issue was walking and seeing a dark shadow covering the buildings slowly as I went on. It's not happening anymore. I tested the previous version and the new version and the new one is indeed a little darker though, at least at nights and especially in the corners of the screen, though this part could be just my mind playing tricks on me. Still, amazing preset. Endorsed.
This looks amazing, the only preset that doesn't make nights pitch black or make everything grey or brown or look like the blue man group started spraying paint in the air.
Could you post some screens in dark interior areas? I would also love to see before and after shots.
Lots of other mods and Pyro's Realism ReShade and ENBoost installed and I still get a solid and constant 60fps with great colors and visuals. Thank you.

GPU memory isn't fully used by Gamebryo. ENBoost takes care of that.
If your bottleneck is the GPU's shader speed, you're going to have a hard time running things like Reshade, SweetFX or ENB.

I can live with it, but can you?
No, I didn't disable SSAO, I tweaked the settings to tone down its activation threshold. The image is way nicer now.

I tuned SSAO as it was applying a ghosting effect (particularly at night), so now it is far more accurate.
You can play with the configs in the ReShade dir, particularly: GemFX.cfg, McFX.cfg and SweetFX.cfg.
McFX controls SSAO
GemFX controls ambient lighting, bloom/hdr & lens flare.
SweetFX controls FXAA, SMAA, and various colouring.

Nicely done Pyro! Endorsed.
