I've been waiting for a mod that does this since the game released! Every other mod out there either repaints the coat into a hideous color or doesn't fix those raggedy looking holes in the first place! I've requested it on the forums, asked two separate mod creators, and neither of them ended up helping me, despite them saying they would! You have an endorsement from me!
