I took too long for a new mod :P
Before i begin...
I want to inform you all that i am having some serious
problems and cannot be online all the time as before .
I will explain to clarify the situation.
As ive said in the past im unemployed for over 2 years now and the s.h.i.t. finally hit the fan.
As of 12/12/2016 my home has no power because i couldnt keep up with the bills .
I have moved my main rig to my brother-in -law's business
location where i spend most of my day since home is an
icebox.
You may have also noticed that i am adding a donation button and its obviously NOT to make a profit but to
help me get some essential stuff like a wood stove and a
small electrical generator to cover my basic needs.
Here we go..
Jamaica Plain has now become a much better place to visit and set up your homestead.
Its much cleaner (well left something to keep it lore friendly like the cracked roads ,some old cars etc. ).
Have made EVERY building usable and have added a couple of my own for vendor, bar etc usage (even made you a bank with lots of loot inside :P ).
Rebuilding some of the marked as destroyed by devs buildings were a bit of a b!tch to fix cause they werent properly aligned and you may notice some hairline misaligned walls but to fix them i would have had to rebuild the whole building from scratch and some of those are not scols (static collections) meaning i could not exchange or align certain pieces.
The good part: The build area is ALL of the Jamaica plain location and NPC's (settlers) can be assigned all the way across the town (tested).
All of the buildings and new areas are navmeshed and tested.
I wanted to redo the whole mayors building but there are too many references attached to it so i didnt but did change the outside a bit to look more "important" as a building.
Central workshop buildings are rebuilt like the rest and i even added a roof top area for housing gens, beacons etc. or even post outlooks/guards . (npc friendly) .
Note and warning !!
CLEAR THE AREA AND INITIALIZE THE WORKSHOP BEFORE YOU ACTIVATE THE MOD.!!!
The reason is that ALL the ghouls were left intact because you need them to get access to the workshop and you dont want a bunch of bodies all over the place when you start the mod.
Also note i havent installed some doors cause the choices in CK are limited and i didnt want to make it boring so add your own where ever is needed and give it some variety .
Also i have furnished anything cause thats YOUR job..:P
Warning !
Ive set up the town with street lights BUT if you decide to get rid of them the light shine will remain unless you can pinpoint it and disable it via console.
This is a "just for fun Video someone did using this mod as the stage...
