All areas of the game can now spawn any level of enemy, no longer will areas only spawn a maximum level far below what you are in game. When you are level 20 the area you enter will spawn enemies based around level 20 and when you are level 90 the area you enter will spawn enemies based around level 90. You will no longer have large areas of the map that are boring because everything dies instantly.
There might be some locations in the game where this shouldn't happen, I couldn't think of any but I've not done 100% of the game so I may simply not know of a location that this would be bad for. If you encounter any issues while using this mod that may be linked to encounter zones please let me know, also give me a list of your plugins so I can figure out if this mod is at fault or not.
This mod requires ALL DLC, I will not be making a version that doesn't.
