I think you have to open the console and type either "help bad 4" or "help b***h 4" (depending on the jacket's actual in-game name), and use the ID that comes up in your console to get it.
Can't really tell if you've already done this from the photo, but if you haven't, you might be able to make it look even better by making it look like embroidery since it's on a leather jacket. Maybe blend in an overlay to make it look like stitching. Also not to voice an opinion on the idea, but it makes me think of this song

My only only caveat is I wish it was modable to provide a bit more protection for later game.
