About this mod
This mod allows you to place a mat in any settlement that you can then teleport back to when you leave. Additionally it allows you to teleport back to the same spot you left when you're done with whatever you were doing in your settlement.

Pocket Home is a simple mod that adds a Teleportation Marker to the game. This is an item you can place in any one settlement. Upon placing it you will receive a Homing Beacon. When outside of your settlement, using the Homing Beacon will teleport you to your Teleportation Marker. Using the Homing Beacon from within your settlement will teleport you to the last place you used the Homing Beacon. Attempting to use the Homing Beacon from within your settlement without having teleported to your Teleportation Marker from outside of the settlement will not do anything other than display a message telling you to go and teleport from outside. If you accidentally drop or sell your homing beacon, scrapping the Teleportation Marker and rebuilding it will give you another Homing Beacon.
You might be asking yourself... why? What's the point of this? Well, I tend to find that I only really have one settlement that I care about and as a consequence of that, all of my resources pile up there. So when (inevitably) someone tells me to build something in a specific settlement, I have to run over to my main settlement, pick up all my resources (or all the ones I need at least) and then scramble back. With this, I just use a couple of homing beacons (which can be hotkeyed for extra convenience - your settlement can be just one keystroke away!) and be done with it. Additionally, there's no restriction on where you can teleport from. So if you're in Nuka World, Far Harbour, or even just an interior, you can still just hit a key and be back home to drop off loot/craft/whatever.
Hopefully some of you will get some use out of this, I've built variations of this for both Skyrim and FNV (although never released) and figured I might as well share this version of it since settlement building is so prominent.
