   Guys its simple. If you just play with mods enabled and no dependency is given -> You dont need this.
   If you write mods on your own and understand what this does -> Maybe you could use it

   People of the Commonwealth, can somebody explain to me, what this mod does exactly? From what I've read, I think this mod creates snap points for all things in the Workshop. Or I'm wrong and it's something else entirely. Thanx.
