Well, I would LOVE to use these for the Vault I'm currently building, but as it looks like it's been years since issues were reported and don't seem to have been addressed, I have to pass... shame, because this is the only mod I've seen that adds more colors for the terminals! :(
so close to getting this working. but one major problem, when i place the terminal it has the flashing green thing indicating i can use it but i can't. no matter where i hover over it i can't use it. i connected it to some wire and it still doesn't work, please help. i'll try and find a fix in the meantime but please give me some help
edit: found the fix. my conduit wasn't connected properly (but i thought it was), all i had to do was move it to a different section of the wall to where the other part on the inside would snap onto the conduit. when i was attaching my wire from the inside conduit to the terminal it wasn't connected to anything. fixed it :)
it's 2019 and you still didn't finish with your updates for the terminals?? I also wonder if you are planning to update this mode, considering to add flat screen terminals with passive corded?
What are the odds of doing a pre- and post-war version of the 'high-tech' cubical desk terminals that work, like the non-institute ones in the room where you face off with Kellog?.... {is this the right place to ask?...)
Interesting - so close... The fixed altitude is a bugger, tho not a big deal on the "desktop" versions. The wall versions however only seem to want to "snap green" when they are unnaturally high up the wall (front edge of keyboard at eye-level). They also seem to "hijack" the system - more then one terminal in a settlement and all but the last one placed stay stuck at "Initializing..." - VaultTech management terminal ONLY shows management. Spotlights, turrets, switches, etc. all "transfer" to your terminal. Vanilla (weird homemade looking) terminal doesn't do that.
Also, it would be nice if your terminal could be a VaultTech management terminal too.
UPDATE: Upon further examination, I see that the multiple terminals makes all but the last one hang on boot-up is actually a game issue, the vanilla terminal does it too.
Been looking for a craftable terminals mod for a while, nice to see someone did it. Not that I am against manual installs but are you giving consideration to a NMM/MO installable version?
when i try to place the desktop terminals on a desk or table they float above it, they dont actually sit on the desk, almost like they still have the stand attached like the others do
I've also been waiting for something like this from start *much endorsed*! I came here to get one of the earlier versions (I have 1.0.2 installed) as I'm more in want of functionallity over a ton of cosmetic choices, even if that's nice in it self it takes like ages to scroll through my heavily modded game. ^_^ Since they weren't bugged in anyway (?*), couldn't you also upload like the first version? *) I do get terminals floating above my desks also with the version I use, esp. when it comes to terminals with wires, it's almost as if it's compensating for an invisible desk on top of the one I'm trying to place it on (wall-terminals ftw ^^)
I've been checking the nexus almost everyday for craftable terminals since i started modding my Fallout 4. So glad i found your mod! It's like my prayers have finally been answered. THANK YOU, SIR! THANK YOU!

I've noticed it. And I'll try to fix it.

Nice work! This really gives us more option. And may I request a wireless version(just wireless powered)?
