   Doesn't help with legendary armor pieces where melee attacks trigger the chameleon effect. (Just FYI)

   Duuuuuude, this saved my game. I got this weird bug/glitch where you turn invisible even without the perks or any armor with that effect. sometimes its also when i open my pipboy when im crouched, i stay invis forever until i open the pipboy again when not crouched.

   My pipboy screan appears cracked and you can see through some of it allowing the background environment to be seen. Any ideas?

      When you open your pipboy you have to stop moving and this causes the chameleon effect to try and turn on at exactly same moment your pipboy screen comes up. When the pipboy comes up the game itself freezes while the effect is in transition keeping the effect from fully transitioning.
      
      I just added a condition so that the effect is not on when your pipboy is open/opening.
