ah I see your well aware of the invisible armor issue already.  well it only sucks because the armor looks so great, you want to see it while you play.

Here, from 2020, no one knows how to fix the disappearing problem? No one to help the guy until now? Damn...

Warhammer? Warcraft? Not sure, but cool! Looks like something a Chaos Marine woudl wear, or maybe a Fel Orc.

Would probably be a good idea to adjust the headlamp's addon nodes, since it seems you may be using ones already used. Either by another mod, or the base game. You could look at my public documentation on the nexus if you wish.

Also I have noticed that some pieces of the armor model have blank lightingShaderProperty. Some don't but most seem to be blank.

Could you be please more precise because I don't get what exactly the problem is with the headlamps OR the blank lightingShaderProperty. Yes, I'm using the t51 (modified) headlamps and there is no missing textures/light shader options.

I'm still looking for help to solve the disappearing armor pieces.

Basically, another power armor did the same thing, of using the same addon node as base game Power Armor, and it caused incompatibilities with the base game armors. Specifically the Institute Power armor.
Also, main reason I brought up the blank shaderproperty is because most other custom PA mods have material files for each of their pieces so It could be possible that could be what caused the disappearing armor pieces, that and it makes material swaps more possible in the future. Either that or something about it's pieces being bstrishapes instead of the usual bssubindextrishapes that most PA seem to have. Though making them subindextrishapes do seem to make the pieces completely invisible. And another thing I noticed is the GO models seem to have no collision, float and can't be moved/picked up.

When I said I'm using the t51 PA's headlamps that means I modified it and separated (copied to a completely new record in FO4Edit and not overwrite) so basically I'm used my own headlamp addon nodes.
Most of the armor pieces have materials (like the silver plates and gold borders or the green glowing part of the chest armor).
I think the problem is a bit different. Maybe because of the too much textures and mesh groups. I couldn't add proper UV map to the armor or the weapons (I don't know how it works.)
Power Armors always using bstrishapes because the animation.
I don't know how to add collision to objects in the game.

"Power Armors always using bstrishapes because the animation" True, but it seems only the frames use bsTriShapes, while the armor itself uses bsSubTriShapes*For example: TES, Midwestern, seem to use bsSubTriShapes*. Which upon converting your mesh to bsSubTriShapes it make it completely invisible so it would seem some mesh error is present somewhere.

"I don't know how to add collision to objects in the game. "
And, collisions is actually easier for power armor pieces. What I did was delete the skin instances from your original mesh pieces, next find a similar GO_*.nif for each piece after changing the top most NiNode that contains them all to be the same as the similar meshes, transfer your bsTriShapes you'd like to use, like a shoulder piece, etc. *seems GO's need this actually so convert to this if needed*,then transition/rotate them to properly match with the similar GO nifs, then make sure all the materials are set correctly including wet texture, then delete the original bsTriShapes.
If done correctly this should work for your global objects

I would suggest to try to minimize how many shapes are separate from your armor, and maybe make sure all of them have materials, which would also help people make custom paints if they wished.

While I like the overall style, and uniqueness of it, the quality of the textures is a pretty big turn-off, they just look like foil... Maybe it'd look better with smoother textures?
