Sooooo very close to what I was looking for. I just wanted a save game where all the settlements in the game are set up basically enough that I don't have to spend like two hours getting whatever settlement I just found set up properly, and Vault 88 being prebuilt is particularly fantastic. My only real gripe with this is the "raiderized" settlements. Even if you don't care about missing out on the Nuka World quests required to get to that point, why set vassalized settlements as the standard? If I were to use your save file as it is, I'm just out of luck with those settlements even if I go back to NW and destroy all the raiders. Do you have an alternate version that's basically this, but as if NW hadn't even been started yet?

Soo, I love the designs and the work you put into each of the settlements and Vault 88 but I have run into one problem that is throwing me off. I know it has the Pack, Operators, etc running the settlements but...Everytime I kill a Raider to reclaim it for my own use and bring settlers back, I get a CTD. This has happened three times. Anyway you could change these to be open affinity? And yes, there is already a save game floating out there with all settlements prebuilt with Nuka World still intact but, the designs the person put were bland and just thrown together, here you actually put in work. So, mostly asking if there is a future project like this where you aren't the Overboss and allied to Raiders? I also haven't tried console removal of those running the places either, and so far this only works for my Institute Killer of the Commonwealth gameplay.

Sooooo, what can I say about this? I like the idea that Vault 88 is complete. I cannot build worth a crap. So, that was a plus. I loathe the NW dlc. Why? Because it turns my good guy bad, if you want to actually play the dlc.

    ***SPOILERS AHEAD***

However, wtf did you do to everyone? It's like you've stirred up a hornets nest. I mean c'mon!

Is it even possible to have roving bands of 30 or MORE, super mutants! Out for blood? Or roaming groups of BoS that attack without provocation? I mean, Hell. I love a good fight and I HATE the BoS, but c'mon!

All the settlers hate me and talk smack. Telling me that I need to just leave. All I see is the pack roaming everywhere. Haven't made it to NW yet. So, don't even know what to expect there.

But, Jesus H. Christ! Even after I completed NW, the Commonwealth wasn't a complete battle arena!

Anyway, thanks for your save, but I have to remove it now.

Oh shit. I think maybe you or a companion mistakenly picked a fight with the BoS. The way I left it in the save, literally no faction was hostile to the character. BoS/minutemen would attack raider settlements, but they weren't hostile. You could just place a turret on their face to kill them and they'd still remain friendly. The character is level 130 something, so, yeah, the enemies are scaled up as well.

Doesn't work for me, disabled all plugings except the game ones and still get CTD, I have a season pass and all dlc downloaded.

I have no idea why. You don't have to disable mods or anything to load it. Try it without disabling any plugins.

With or without mods still get CTD, just tried with just, fallout 4 esm, dlcrobot.esm, dlcworkshop1, dlccoast, dlcworkshop2, dlcworkshop3, dlcnukaworld, as only active esm and still get ctd, playing an old save file works fine, but not this one.

I noticed in that DLC list that you don't have Vault 88. Maybe that's what's causing the CTD

Does your NMM have that listed?, when I go into steam launcher it doesn't say anything about vault 88 in the dlc section, and I have played Vault 88.

I guess vault dlc is one of those dlcworkshop files. No it doesn't show in my NMM plugins tab either. I've posted screenshots of my load order. I'm a little clueless here because I haven't done too much messing around with esm files. The only thing I can think of that might help is maybe Old World Radio cuz for some reason its files are in the list (but not checked) when I remove all mods. I'm sorry it didn't work for you.

I'm guessing the dlc was just added to the game without an esm.
I am confused, your mod order says old world radio (crafting options) but the only mod I see here is old world radio Boston and no crafting options.

Just throwing this out. If you're running a NON-Steam version, Steam version saves will cause CTDs.

Definitely not an architect. My eyes and brain hurts and im not even OCD. Also Nuka World has been done which is kind of a game changer, why, why WHY?!

Apart from that it works fine

Thanks your for your honest feedback. With most of the buildings my attempt has only been to cover space and have the basics in place. It wouldn't be so much fun if there wasn't anything left to do with these settlements. But yeah I agree some of the places with the arc floor pieces (like kingsport) do look ugly as fuck. My plan was to go and actually work on these settlements once I start questing and get all the boring stuff out of the way first. Everyone's already done Nuka World so I thought why not. I mainly did this to see what happens when you meet Preston Garvey as the raider that owns commonwealth, so had to finish Nuka first.

The first save is level 115ish. I know that's the first thing I thought of after making this save. I'm gonna try to see if I can transfer everything into a new save using cell ripper

I like the idea, however a few questions.
What does your character save look like, male or female.
    What are your special stats.
    What perks do you have.
    Any comps unlocked?.

male character with default appearance. Special and perks have everything unlocked: gun damage, automatic healing/rad removal, crafting, lots of charisma, and a whole lot of luck based perks that complement each other. Piper, Gage and Codsworth are fully maxed. Macready, Cait, and Nick are 1 quest away from being fully unlocked. Ada has been met. Other companions haven't been met yet.
