A simple mod that prevents you being infected if you have a hazmatsuit, biosuit, or power armor

Did you know that you can get the Vault 81 disease if a molerat bites your Companion, if your in full power armor, or a hacked Protectron. So i fixed it so if your in full power Armor, wearing a institute Clean room suit or a hazmat suit your immune. Also it has to bite YOU not a follower.
