I might be tempted if it was standalone. I don't generally use replacers. I know it's extra work but once you're happy with the replacer version, any chance we could persuade you to make it standalone?
Funny, I try my best to get replacers as much as possible - it just cuts down on potential mod conflicts and results in a more stable game (less plugins = better).
This fits quite well, and make a lot of sense to me: the Railway Rifle is one of those "salvage-made" kinds of guns, using the materials at hand as a weapon, and there would be A LOT of shovel hafts around that are easy to find. :]
that would probably require new ammo, new firing animations, new weapon loading animations, and a weapon that only has one round (shovel head) per clip?
I think that would be a better alternative ammo for the Harpoon gun than the Railway Rifle. It has all the stuff that would be required (the stuff Veratai listed) and is a reasonable size compared to a shovel.
