I'm aware of the issue with the mod not working with the newest update. I'm trying to get the fix and the update done at the same time, but as with most things, real life gets in the way. Will continue to work on the mod, and keep everyone updated though. Thank you for your patience!

So I found a fix to the radio just stopping. first load into your game and make sure it isn't selected, then do the following steps: 1. Uninstall the mod 2. load into your game 3. exit fallout 4. reinstall the mod 5. once you load back in it should be functional again
Zerobandwidth found a fix for the silent radio bug. It can be found at this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/79217/?tab=posts&BH=0. Follow the link to the reddit page explaining his fix.
When you get the silent radio bug (not if) just type the following in the console: StartScene xx000F9F, where xx is the load order of the mod. In my case it was in load order 81 so I typed: StartScene 81000F9F and the radio station immediately started playing again. You have to have the radio turned off when typing in the code in order for the fix to work.
Like all the others. The radio station played fine once or twice maybe then stopped working. Changed the load orders to see if that would fix it, and also uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nope. It just doesn't play anymore.
Anyone gonna find a fix because I really like this music. Too bad the mod author had no idea what happened.
