McGregor seriously ruins the fun. Love the mod, for the most part, but the fact he can hit you from 4 meters away, and he always one-hit kills you, means it's pretty much impossible to fight him unless you're a really high level, meaning you straight up can't even get Murkwater Construction Site until later in the game, which really sucks, because it was my main base, and now after installing this mod, I've had to reload a save from over an hour before because I can't even leave because he keeps killing me. He's also immune to pretty much all the explosives I've tried to throw at him, so he's overpowered to the point where it's no longer fun, in my opinion. I really wish you had placed him somewhere there wasn't a settlement, because at least then he would indeed be an optional boss you can avoid if you don't want to fight him.
he spawned for me, i shot him in the head one time and he was headless but still attacking. then i died to nearby super mutants and when i respawned he wasn't there. never saw him again after that.
Wow, taking a look at this in xedit you've got some messed up stuff going on. You've got REF and DIAL records in the Previs Cell data area(not even sure how you did that without noticing), added precomb data that cannot be resolved, looks like you copied it over in xedit which you can't do, then other REFs in the precombine area without precombine data to match. You've added location references which in itself isn't bad, but it sure makes it look like your mod is even more of a hot mess. I stopped looking after that and don't know how this performs in game but there are some things in this that are sure to screw with some mod lists. Plain sloppy.
i literally learned how to use Xedit today and immediatly came here to see if i was miss understanding this or if this is as insane as it looks, lol guess it is insane. Thanks for confirming my nightmares. Anyone know if theres a clean alternative?
other than cleaning the esp manually, there is this VUWR - Vanilla Unique Weapons Remastered?. its inspired by this mod too so you'll see some similar legendary effects.
I just noticed the peace pipe has the pre-patch reload animations that shoves all five rounds into the gun even when youve shot less than 5. is there a fix for this? I tried the animation fix and it seems to not have done anything as the issue persists. Is there something I need to edit perhaps?
I don't know if this would fix it, but its fixed some other issues i've had with it, try removing the piece from the weapon, and applying it to another.
It works for an issue I've had using it with New Calibers where you can't rechamber it's weapons to other calibers, so it might work for this.

there is this VUWR - Vanilla Unique Weapons Remastered?. its inspired by this mod too so you'll see some similar legendary effects.
It works for an issue I've had using it with New Calibers where you can't rechamber it's weapons to other calibers, so it might work for this.
