Dang this is exactly what I've been looking for. I dont like prefurnished homes. The best part for me is finding a blank slate so I can create all my own space. Anyone can point me to an unfurnshed highrise or loft or wharehouse player home?
Great mod for first mod, suggestions i think that the interior lighting is to much, i may go in to ck and edit it, there is a lot of static items, that could be movable. map marker for the high rise? i may add that as well. but over all, i did clean up the interior office and lobby added lighting in game makes for a gorgeous player home and the entrance to the high rise inside the office an elevator would be awesome. I stopped modding and sharing because people was to critical and requested to many simple changes, I am not a great modder, but this player home is pretty dang good
Lol dude, I just found this mod, and then I saw your name, and I wondered "Did I get really drunk and make a new username and upload a brand new mod?" I was confused there for a second. Awesome work you did here! Check out my house mods if you wish. I had a good laugh here
There is actually a workshop but you'll have to clip though the roof. You'll see something funky. Check its butt. You will need a place anywhere mod to allow you to actually place anything. You won't be able to scrap most things if any but it will let you add something if you really want. This mod wasn't designed for that however, so be cautious. I may add an accessible workbench in the future though. We'll see.
You mean WorkShop. Workbenches are for weapons and armour and some such. Not trying to be condescending, just avoiding confusion.
And what does mojobro mean with "There is actually a workbench but you'll have to clip though the roof"? Is it an inactive WorkShop for building purposes or a workbench? If it's the former, what's it doing there, besides being funky, if it serves no purpose?
Does this do anything to the actual roof of the building, really the top two floors? I have a penthouse apartment mod, for this building, just wanted to see if it would interfere.
I did seriously consider that. I noticed things looked out of place with the walls being rusty and everything else looking pristine and decided against it. Maybe something for the future.

Are you planning to make any more homes in the future?
Yeah, more are on the way for sure.
