About this mod
Coastal Cottage was always a nice place to settle down, but the nuclear war has took a toll on it.
That's why I decied to rebuild it and change it into a cozy player home! It's all exterior, no loading doors and stuck settlers anymore. Settlement is not affected in any way by this mod.

Nice place by the beach and with a view on the ocean. Who wouldn't like to have a house in a place like that?
Sadly, originally there wasn't that much left of the actual house so I decided to change that! This mod turns the remains of Coastal Cottage into a fully repaired and well kept building with tons of decorations and functional objects inside including a sink with rad-free water, some crafting stations and a working terminal and a barber chair. There are also a lot of containers to store your belongings and a fireplace.
But that's not all, this mod not only changes the cottage itself, it also levels the terrain around it, road leading to it is no longer a dirt path, now it's a cobblestone road. I removed most of the unscrappable debris and that hole in the ground. Other than that, just for immersion reasons, since cottage now has electricity I connected it to the pre-war power line.
